Black Garlic Butter Wings

A perfect dish for Super Bowl Sunday or anytime.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 10 cloves Texas Black Garlic minced
  • 2 and 1/2 lb chicken wings

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Heat butter in a small sauce pan over medium-low heat. Add minced garlic to the butter, stirring frequently. Bring butter and black garlic to a light boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes, puree and reserve.
  • Add 1 teaspoon salt. Pour butter-black garlic mixture over wings, and toss to coat. Bake wings at 325 degree F for 50-60 minutes.
  • Serve with a smile, no dip needed.
