Edible San Antonio Debuts at Festive City Culinary Event
with Mayor Julian Castro
6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, September 30 at Pearl Stable in the historic Pearl Stable Brewery
New bimonthly magazine celebrates bounty of local food and culture in San Antonio and South Central Texas
The highly anticipated publication makes its debut on Monday September 30th and will be welcomed by Mayor Julian Castro at a special event hosted by the historic Pearl Brewery and San Antonio Cocktail Conference. The event benefits Houston Street Charities and SA Time Dollar.
In addition to the unveiling of Edible San Antonio’s premier issue, attendees will enjoy:
Eight restaurants serving fabulous local food • Nine bars serving specially crafted local cocktails •A special presentation by Poet Laureate Dr. Carmen Tafolla • Chances to win great foodie door prizes • Photo booth fun • Great music from a local jazz trio
